AirBorne Hanggliders

All Airborne gliders are highly engineered and include the finest high grade materials CNC milled to precise tolerances. Sail panels are generated precisely from a computer controlled plotter cutter and then assembled and stitched by some of the most highly trained sailmakers in the industry. Our designers are pilots and experts in hang glider design, with decades of experience. When you fly an Airborne glider its clear why experienced and novice pilots alike never turn back.

FUN : 160, 190, and 220 (Tandem)

The name says it all, fun to fly, light weight, quick and easy to set-up. Fly the dunes, coastal cliff or inland thermals the Fun will not disappoint. The Fun is light and well balanced, which makes this glider easy to launch and easy to land. A perfect glider for the novice, a must have for experienced pilot's who want to put the fun back into their sport.

Sting I I : 154XC and 175XC

The Sting is fitted with faired king post, downtubes and speed bar as standard. The XC range also includes a VG system. Classed as our "recreational" glider the Sting is for the experienced pilot that desire reasonable performance with exceptional climb. A glider that is still very easy to launch and land. Stings have a great name and hold their resale value, a very much sought after glider in the used market. Now that says something for the design!

C4: 13, 13.5 14 (13.5 and 14 now German DHV Cerified)

If you have ever owned an Airborne glider you will know how much care has gone into the finished product. It is almost a pleasure to set up the glider each time (even if it's already on) just to see the CNC milled parts that fit so perfectly together. With the release of the C4 you will see we have gone a step further, the sail technology in this our latest high performance glider is unsurpassed. The C4-1, 13.5 and 14 are both a delight to fly. Superb handling in the loose setting and incredible performance in the VG on setting. Take the C4 for a test fly and be impressed.
